Health Panel Recap

We had an awesome class last week with our Health Panel. We got a ton of information and had such a great time! Thank you Kimber, Jessica, and Natalie!

English Trifle

1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 small packages strawberry Jell-O
1 bag frozen raspberries
Strawberries (sliced)
3 bananas (sliced)
1 small angel food caked
1 large box vanilla instant pudding (cook as directed)
Cool Whip


Combine 2 small packages of strawberry Jello-O and cook as directed but do not include cold water only boiling water. Put ice cream in a large glass bowl or trifle dish. Pour Jell-O over ice cream to dissolve. Once ice cream has melted add frozen raspberries (unthawed and drained), strawberries, and bananas and mix together. Layer with broken up angel food cake. Cover with vanilla instant pudding (cook as directed). Let set. Cover with Cool Whip. Garnish with sliced strawberries. Let set 1-2 hours in refrigerator. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
