Cooking Club: Bonnie's Pizza Crust!

Now we have all heard the rumors of Bonnie's famous pizza crust so it was no surprise to have a huge turn out for this yummy event!

Everyone gathered around...
Standing room only
One secret... bread flour is a must!
We are ready, tell us Bonnie!
Put all ingredients in a Bosch or Kitchen Aid
Here is some dough that has already rose and the yummy toppings!
It is easier to work with dough that has rose at least 2 times, it spreads easily!
Doesn't that sauce look amazing!?
Looks delicious and like a restaurant pizza!
Bonnie THANK YOU so much for teaching us this amazing class, opening your home to so many and providing us we the most delicious pizza!

Here's the recipe:
Makes 2 pizza crusts
4 C Flour
I pkg of active rise Yeast or 2 1/4 tsp
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 TBL sugar or honey
1 3/4 C of hot water
2 TBL olive oil

Combine all of the ingredients in a mixer and mix for 2-3 minutes. place into a greased bowl and let it rise until it has doubled in size. Punch down and flatten it out and roll it into a ball and place it back in the bowl to rise again.(You can use the dough now, if you would like, but I like to rise it a second time)
After the dough has risen, flatten the dough out and stretch it out on to your pizza pan. brush the crust with Olive oil. place any kind of sauce you like and add your toppings and enjoy!
preheat the oven to 450 and turn it down to 425 when baking and cook for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
You do not need to cook your dough before you put the topping on it.
