Truffles, Truffles and more Truffles!

Thank you Jaime, Jenna and all who contributed to our fun truffles night! We learned 3 fun easy recipes! Here's what we learned:

Oreo Truffles- Jenna Flood
2-8oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1 package oreos
3 Hershey chocolate bars melted (or any kind of chocolate you would like)

Crush oreos in food processor, blender or in plastic bag using rolling pin. Mix with cream cheese. Roll into balls and refrigerate until firm. Melt chocolate and dip the oreo balls into chocolate. Place onto wax paper and let cool in refrigerator.

These are great tools for dipping truffles, fruit or whatever to keep your fingers clean and get a smooth layer of chocolate on your truffle. My mom bought these at Walmart for around $3, you can also find them at Michaels or JoAnne's.
Nutter Butter Truffles- Tamara Hall
1-8oz. package of cream cheese, softened
1 package of Nutter Butter cookies
chocolate bark
Makes about 30 truffles.

Finely crush all but about cookies in a food processor or place in ziplock and crush. Conbined with crushed cookies with cream cheese. Use back of two large sppons to help them mash together. Roll into 1" balls and place on waxed covered cookie sheet. Melt chocolate as directed on package and dip balls into chocolate, place onto cookie sheet to harden. Refrigerate and enjoy!

The most amazing Truffles....
